  3. On line orders don’t arrive and they don’t reply to emails

    Try delivering orders and returning emails. How many emails does someone need to send before they get a reply??? My next will be my 5th, is 5 the magic number??? Or do you need more??? Don’t waste your time and money

  4. Get your shit together and run your business properly or you will end up having to foreclose from lack of customers

    I placed a order worth over $100.00 on the 6th of August and as of today the 16th of August, my order has still not been sent, with no real explanation given. I was told yesterday morning that it would be sent yesterday and then told last night that it wasn’t sent but is package up all ready to go first thing the morning of the 16th.   5. Improve your customer service.

    Extensive wait for orders. Zero communication in regards to order. Not until I rang to be told they are waiting on stock. Asked to have item in question to be swapped for same item in another brand and am still yet to have a response. This has been going on for over 3 weeks.

    Would give less than one star if it was an option.

    Definitely will not be using this service again.

    They sold items is out of stock, but reply me after 5 days!!! I already sent 3 email to support they didn't answer me until few days later!!

    I have tried for a long time to order Nude by Nature products whilst in the UK, before they have set up their UK website. Eventually I was given Chemist Direct.com address and I was from them in contact with Dharma, because I initially had difficulty with the site, She replied to me very quickly, was extremely helpful and after giving her lots of hassle she managed to get me on to the site and able to order what I wanted.
