I have tried for a long time to order Nude by Nature products whilst in the UK, before they have set up their UK website. Eventually I was given Chemist Direct.com address and I was from them in contact with Dharma, because I initially had difficulty with the site, She replied to me very quickly, was extremely helpful and after giving her lots of hassle she managed to get me on to the site and able to order what I wanted. I even managed to put my order in twice (what a bimbo) and she cancelled the wrong one for me straight away. I'm sure she was just doing her job, but from my experience in shops and online, to me she excelled herself and I am very grateful for her patience and help. A lot of people will complain, but I think praise should be given more often than it is these days.
