I placed a order worth over $100.00 on the 6th of August and as of today the 16th of August, my order has still not been sent, with no real explanation given. I was told yesterday morning that it would be sent yesterday and then told last night that it wasn’t sent but is package up all ready to go first thing the morning of the 16th. Well it’s now 1.14pm in Perth and surprise surprise my order was not picked up this morning like from the courier like I was promised and is apparently still sitting there and my account still says processing!. Utterly disgusting way to run a business. I will never shop through you again and will be spreading the word of your poor business manner!.
